Volunteer: Prepare self-care kits for mental health programs

Creating self‑care kits is a simple but powerful way to support individuals.  These kits offer comfort, encouragement, and practical tools that help people manage stress, build healthy routines, and feel cared for during challenging moments.  Our goal is t put togetehr 700 kits!

About our mental health programs: Everyone deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life. Mental health is just as important as physical health—yet stigma, misinformation, and inequities are barriers that prevent many people from getting the help they need. We break down barriers to good health by improving access to mental health support and working in partnership with local organizations to expand resources for people across our region—so they can thrive at home, at work, and in their communities.
