Volunteers help us tremendously by taking dogs out for their first walks of the day, exercising and socializing with them. Typically, this is rain or shine unless it’s really bad weather!

-Make sure to wear close-toed shoes and long pants. It’s recommended to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Old shoes or boots are great!

-Bring a signed waiver with you (we will email you a waiver )

-Finding us: Type in 3300 Falls Road to your GPS. We are located between Roosevelt Park, and the i-83 south on-ramp. When you arrive, park in the parking lot and walk down to the building labeled “Adoptions”. We will be there  waiting for you!

-Feel free to bring any snacks or drinks that day. We will provide all dog walking supplies.

-Expect some excitable dogs. The morning walk is their first walk of the day. It's their time to get out, play, stretch their legs, use the bathroom, and then eat their breakfast when they come back in! They are excited to meet  you and have all the fun!

-We will reach out to your group 1 week prior to your scheduled volunteer date to get a headcount for volunteers for the day. Please note: If you have a dog walking project scheduled, we must have 8-10 volunteers. Any type of household cleaning supplies are also welcomed. Park Elementary School is located right next to Brooklyn Park Library in Anne Arundel County.

Participants will spend the day removing invasive plant species to help protect native medicinal plants, restore ecological balance, and support the health of this unique botanical sanctuary.

Please dress for outside work. Gloves will be provided.

A community Technology Drive collecting cameras, tablets, laptops, and creative tools to support youth, seniors, and mental-health storytelling programs through The Eudaimonia Project Inc.

Volunteers will help collect, sort, and organize donated technology—including laptops, tablets, smartphones, cameras, drawing tablets, and accessories—for distribution to youth, senior citizens, and community members participating in mental-health storytelling and digital-creativity programs. Comfortable clothing is recommended. All materials and instructions will be provided. Free parking is available in the main lot at the Maryland Innovation Center; volunteers should enter through the third-floor lobby. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and orientation. No prior tech experience is required—just a willingness to serve and help empower our community.

We need non perishable foods such as cereal,pancake mix ,syrup, poptarts,oatmeal ,can meats,vegetables,fruit,pasta meals dry foods such as pasta noodles ,instant mash potatoes,rice ,stuffing, spaghetti sauce,frozen foods and meats ,shelve stable milk ,baby food ,formula assortment of diapers and pull ups ,personal hygiene product ,warm blankets ,warm coats ,warm hats & gloves.

Drop off location: 27331 Crisfield Marion Rd, Crisfield Marion Road , Marion , Maryland

Drop off: Every Thursday 11-1 pm if outside the drop off days call 410-623-2510 extra 3 to arrange pick up outside Thursday 11-1
