The Westminster Rescue Mission is a community that provides clinical, physical, and spiritual resources to heal the addicted and feed the hungry. We take a holistic approach with Christ as the foundation of our work.
Volunteers would be assisting in preparing meals with our cook for our Addiction Healing Center. Our Addiction Healing Center houses men in recovery from substance addiction. Volunteers for this opportunity should dress in layers as they will be working in a commercial kitchen and may be asked to walk into refrigerated or warm spaces. Volunteers with any cooking experience preferred. Volunteers will be asked to be on their feet.
